This site is operated by Draper Property Management LLC, doing business as Sites by DPM. This page is maintained by us to explain, in plain language, what happens to the information you share with us here.

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the quote form, that means your name, email address, business name, budget range, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call or email us directly, we have whatever is in that message.

Quote form submissions are stored securely in our website's database so we don't lose your inquiry, and we are notified so we can reply. They are not readable by other visitors to this site.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you hire us to do. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Your messages sit with the ordinary service providers we use to run the business — our email provider and our website host. We share information with them only as needed to operate, and otherwise we disclose it only when the law requires it.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

We keep inquiry emails and project records for as long as we need them for the relationship and our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Email us and we will tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not require an account to use this site, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from unless you have asked us to send you something.

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
